Shipping policy

All items in The Free Wild Soul are inspected before being shipped to the customer's home in good condition. Before accepting any order, make sure it is well packaged. In case the products are damaged or defective, please send us photos of the damage. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to analyze your case and coordinate.

✔ After contacting us, you can send the product to the address indicated for verification and subsequent refund. For the return of an order to be accepted, it is essential that the product is sealed, in the original packaging and in perfect condition, both the product and the packaging, including all accompanying documentation and accessories. The client will be responsible for its correct packaging to ensure its transport without damage.

✔ The costs generated by the return (preparation and packaging, freight, re-entry costs on the platform, verification and restock) will be borne by the customer.

✔ Once received and verified that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, the amount will be reimbursed, less return costs, by bank transfer or the payment method agreed with The Free Wild Soul at the time .
